Not everyone can say their career in medicine started with a favor for their daughter. Merrilee Ross can. Dr. Kinney needed help with the interior design of her first practice, Merrilee offered a hand, and 24 years later, she’s still here.

A graduate of the University of Georgia and Fairfield University, Merrilee brings a warmth to her role as Patient Manager that sets the tone for every visit. For her, knowing a patient starts the moment they walk in. Her goal is simple: make sure every person who comes through the door feels welcomed, comfortable, and at ease with the team and with Dr. Kinney.

Her philosophy on healthy living is equally grounded. A truly healthy life, in her view, is about balance: working hard, enjoying yourself, spending time with the people you love, and finding ways to serve others along the way.
